Territorial Development & Marketing
The ability of an area to manage complex situations, to plan its own growth and to act in accordance with the will of its residents is the keystone for long-term development. This can be generated spontaneously or can be induced through the action of authorities working directly in the territory: there are, for example, public and private development agencies that offer their services in this field.
Undoubtedly, the greater the cooperation between the various players operating in a territory, the higher the chances of success. We have carried out territorial development projects in Italy and abroad.
Our important Italian partners are CERTET (Centre for Research on Regional Economics, Transport and Tourism) of the Bocconi University and the Polytechnic University of Milan. For example, "Lamezia Europa Development" initiative has been presented as part of a wider project promoted by the Government and managed by the Presidency of the Council and the relevant ministries which aims to revalue the Italian territory, attracting foreign investments.
